Grilled Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin Recipe
2 – Pork Tenderloins – 3/4lb each
1 tsp Freshly Grated Lemon Peel
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
2 tsp Olive Oil
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for direct grilling over medium-low heat.
While your grill is heating up combine the grated lemon peel, seasoned salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme in a small mixing bowl. Make sure it is mixed really well.
Take the olive oil and brush it on all sides of your pork tenderloins. After the tenderloins have been coated well with oil, rub in the lemon pepper mixture. Again make sure that they are coated well.
When your grill is heated up, place the tenderloins directly over the heat source and cover. Grill for approximately 20 minutes turning occasionally with a pair of long tongs so that all sides are getting grilled. Your Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin will be done when it has an internal temperature of 145F when taken with an instant read thermometer like this one.
Once they are done, remove from the grill and cover them with some aluminum foil. Let the tenderloins rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
As you can see this is such a quick and easy recipe for some tasty grilled pork tenderloin. Give it a try!
