Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Lemon Salmon.
This is my simple go to grilled salmon recipe because it is easy and quick. To make really great tasting salmon a recipe doesn’t have to be complex.
Enjoy!
Grilled Lemon Salmon
1.5 lbs Salmon, 4 fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium lemon, sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Using heavy-duty aluminum foil, cut four large sheets. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil.
Bush each fillet with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil on both sides. Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Place 3 slices of lemon on each piece of salmon.
Now we want to make a pouch. Fold up the two edges of the foil and seal where they meet. Place the pouches on the grill.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes. The salmon will be flaky once it is done.
Remove from the grill and carefully open the packet to let the steam escape. Sprinkle with some parsley and serve.
