Arm Roast
Arm roast, also called chuck arm roast, and chuck roast comes from the chuck section of beef cattle. It is a tougher cut of beef that does well cooked low and slow in liquids. It is a perfect choice for stews or pot roasts as it has a nice robust, beefy flavor.
