Beef Shoulder Roast
The Shoulder Roast is a beef cut from the chuck section of beef cattle. This is a boneless cut of beef that is right behind the Arm Roast. It is a pretty tough cut of meat that is best for stew or cooking in liquid. If you wanted to grill this one, it should be grilled low and slow, so smoking it is another option as well.
