Today we are going to show you how to make Southwestern Grilled Pork Tenderloin.
This is a simple pork tenderloin recipe. It uses a pretty basic rub that has a southwestern flare.
This one has a great flavor with a bit of a spice kick.
Enjoy!
Southwestern Grilled Pork Tenderloin
2 whole pork tenderloins
5 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp ground cumin
2 garlic cloves, crushed
In a small mixing bowl combine the chili powder, oregano, cumin and garlic. Rub this mixture on the pork tenderloins, cover and refrigerate. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but up to 24 hours is preferred.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the tenderloins on grill. Cook for approximately 20 minutes turning once halfway through. The pork tenderloins will be done when the thermometer reads 160F. Here is what I found to be the best instant read thermometer.
Slice and serve.
