BBQ Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
While your grill is heating, take your thick cut pork chops and season both sides with a bit of kosher salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
Once your grill has been heat up and your chops have been seasoned, place them on the grate directly over the heat source. These are going to be grill for a total of about 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140F when taken with an instant read thermometer like this one.
If you like grill marks on your pork chops, after a couple minutes, rotate them just a half turn. After about 5 minutes flip them using a pair of long tongs. Using a basting brush, add your first bit of BBQ sauce. Use whatever sauce is your favorite, I really like this one.
Close the lid and grill them for another 4 minutes or so. Flip them again with your long tongs, and bush some BBQ sauce to that side. The BBQ sauce will start caramelizing. Flip them once again to caramelize the sauce on the other side. Brush the with a bit more BBQ sauce for add flavor and there you have it.
Once the are done remove them from the grill and let the rest for a few minute. These are really easy BBQ grill pork chops, that turn out moist and flavorful. Enjoy!
