Today we are going to show you how to make Apricot-Mustard Pork Tenderloin. Tenderloin is one of my favorite cuts of pork, and on the grill it is fantastic. Do not let the simplicity of this recipe fool you, the apricot and mustard adds a lot of flavor to the pork.

Apricot-Mustard Pork Tenderloin
1 lb pork tenderloin
3 tbsp apricot preserves
1/4 cup mustard
Salt & Pepper
Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. Mix the apricot preserves and mustard together in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
Setup your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat. Place pork tenderloin directly over the heat and grill for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F. Brush with the apricot-mustard mixture in the last few minutes.
