Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Dijon Chicken.
This is a really tasty grilled chicken recipe that is grilled with mustard, plus there is also a Dijon mustard sauce that tops it after grilling.

Grilled Dijon Chicken
8 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce.
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium high heat.
Using a rolling-pin or kitchen hammer flatten the chicken breasts to about 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick.
Using 2 tbsp of the Dijon mustard brush on both sides of the chicken. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until they are completely cooked. They should have an internal temperature of 165F when taken with an instant read thermometer like this one.
While the chicken is grilling, using a small saucepan melt the butter over low heat. Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring continuously.
Increase the heat to medium low and add in the cream cheese, water, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauces, and the remaining. Dijon mustard. Cook for 5 minutes, then spoon mixture over the grilled chicken. Add a bit of parsley.
Goes great with grilled vegetables.
