I’ve got a simple grilled ham steak marinade recipe that you are going to love. It is the marinade I find myself using again and again. It uses basic ingredients but it is absolute huge on flavor, you are going really like this one on your grill ham steaks.
Grilled Ham Steak Marinade
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp paprika
Combine the ingredient is a mixing bowl. Make sure they are thoroughly mixed.
Place your ham steak into a large resealable storage bag. Pour the marinade over the ham steak and seal the bag. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight. Make sure you turn the bag occasionally so the ham steak gets well coated.
Now it is time to grill your ham steak. If you want to learn how to do that be sure to check out How to Grill Ham Steak. When you take the ham steak out of the marinade, reserve some of it to baste it while grilling. I like to use this cast iron sauce kit.
It is such a simple ham steak marinade, but the flavor is so good. Make sure you give this one a try.
