Today we are going to show you how to make Zesty Short Ribs.
These short ribs turn out so moist and delicious. The sauce that we make for these ribs add a lot of flavor and a bit of spiciness.
These zesty short ribs are definitely a crowd pleaser. You and your family are going to love these.

Zesty Short Ribs
3 to 4 lbs beef short ribs
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup molasses
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp prepared mustard
Cut the short ribs into serving sized pieces and trim off any excess fat.
Place the ribs in a dutch oven and cover with water. Cover and simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until the ribs are tender.
While the ribs are simmering prepare the sauce. Combine the ketchup, chili sauce, molasses, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for indirect medium heat.
Place the ribs on the grill grate, on the opposite side of the heat source. Brush the ribs with the sauce and place the cover on the grill.
Grill for approximately 20 minutes turning half way through, and occasionally brushing with the sauce. A basting set works great for this, here is what I use.
Heat the remainder of the sauce to use for dipping the ribs.
