Ribeye Steak vs. Rib Steak
Basically a ribeye steak and a rib steak are the same thing, one is just boneless and the other in bone-in. The ribeye is a boneless steak, and the rib steak is bone-in. You will often times hear a rib steak referred to as a bone-in ribeye. Both are really great cuts of meat to grill up.
So, there you have it, the only difference between a ribeye and rib steak is that the rib steak contains they bone.
