Arm Steak
Arm steak is a cut of beef that comes from the chuck section of beef cattle. It is cut from the arm roast. It can sometimes be referred to as an arm chuck steak. It is a pretty tough cut of meat, so it isn’t that good for grilling. You can marinate it, and slow cook it to tenderize it a bit. However, it is best braised, or used in stews where it is cut up before serving.
