Club Steak
The club steak is another name for a bone-in strip steak. It is taken from the front part of the loin section of beef cattle and is somewhat similar to a T-bone steak. It contains part of the bone from the T-bone but it does not contain any of the tenderloin.
Club steaks are a really tender cut of meat, so they are really great for grilling. They got their name because they used to be sold in higher end places such as country clubs.
If you are going to have a good steak like a club steak, then you are going to need a good steak knife. Here is the set I like.
