Today we are going to show you how to make Tangy Ranch Grilled Chicken.
I love making chicken on the grill, and I really like this recipe. The reason I like it so much is the marinade. It is so easy and tasty too. Plus you use some of it for a dipping sauce once the chicken is done.
Enjoy!
Tangy Ranch Grilled Chicken
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2/3 cup Ranch salad dressing
1/3 cup Honey Mustard
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl combine the Ranch dressing, mustard, and brown sugar.
Season the chicken breasts with a bit of salt and pepper. Take 2/3 cup of the Ranch mustard mixture and pour over the chicken. Set the rest of the mixture aside in the refrigerator.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping once half way through grilling.
Once the chicken is done, remove from the grill and serve with the remaining Ranch mustard mixture.
