Today we are going to show you how to make Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin.

This is a quick one to grill up and it has a flavorful glaze. However the big kick with this one is the spice sauce. It has Habanero in it, so you know this one will pack a punch.

Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
pork:
2 pork tenderloins, about 1 1/2 lbs each
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
glaze:
1 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup orange juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
spice sauce:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small red onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 cups orange juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 Habanero, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl mix together all of the glaze ingredients. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
To make the spice sauce, heat the oil in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add in the onion the garlic. Cook while stirring until the onion is soft. This should take about 5 minutes.
Add in the orange juice, lime juice, and Habanero. Bring the mixture to a boil. Cook it until it reduces by half. Mix in the cilantro and cumin seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Coat the pork tenderloins with a bit of oil and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Place them on the grill.
Grill for approximately 5 minutes per side while basting with the glaze all during grilling.
Once the pork tenderloins are finished grill, pull them off the grill and baste with a bit more of the glaze. Let them rest for about 10 minutes.
Slice the pork into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange them on a serving platter. Drizzle the spice sauce over it and serve immediately.
