Also feel free to experiment with the ingredients a bit, I know some people are not too fond of raisins, so just keep those out. Or if you would rather use grapes instead of apples give that a try, it is really great either way.
Smoked Turkey Salad
4 cups Smoked Turkey, cut into bit-sized pieces
2 small apples, cored and diced
½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp sea salt
½ lemon, juiced
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Let refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving. Grapes are a great substitute for the apples, or make a good addition to it as well. If you do not have any smoked turkey yet, be sure to read my post on How to Smoke a Turkey.
