Salsa Burgers
1 lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup hot salsa
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Drain the liquid from the salsa. Knead the salsa and bread crumbs into the ground beef until thoroughly mixed.
Add the burgers to a gas or charcoal grill that is setup for direct cooking. Grill the burgers for approximately 5 – 7 minutes on each side, or until completely cooked through.
As I said earlier, burgers are really versatile, so add hotter salsa to increase the heat, or add some sliced fresh jalapenos on top.
