Today we are going to show you how to make Hunan Grilled Chicken.
I love Asian foods, they just have so much flavor. This particular recipe uses sesame oil, peanut butter, and hoisin sauce to add a ton of flavor to the chicken.
This is a great way to change-up your grilled chicken.
Enjoy!
Hunan Grilled Chicken
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/8 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp hot pepper oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 clove garlic
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
Using a kitchen mallet or rolling-pin pound or roll the chicken breasts until they are 1/2 inch thick.
In a small mixing bowl combine the hoisin sauce, peanut butter, garlic, sesame oil, and hot pepper oil. Once mixed spread the mixture over both sides of the chicken.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the chicken on the grill. Cook for approximately 5 minutes per side turning only once.
Once the chicken is finished pull it off the grill. Slice each of the chicken breasts diagonally and serve on a piece of iceberg lettuce.
