Tuna steaks are great on the grill, but what makes this recipe really fantastic is the wasabi marmalade.
The wasabi marmalade gives the tuna steaks such a great flavor, plus that wasabi kick. You’re gonna love this recipe.

Grilled Tuna Steak Bites with Wasabi Marmalade
2 lbs Fresh Tuna Steaks
Wasabi Marmalade
3 tbsp wasabi paste
3 tbsp rice win vinegar
2 cups orange marmalade
In a small mixing bowl combine the wasabi paste and the rice wine vinegar. Let rest for approximately 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes is up mix in the orange marmalade. Set aside.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium direct heat.
Once the grill is ready place the tuna steaks over the heat source. Grill for approximately 10 – 12 minutes turning once halfway through. You will be able to tell when it’s done as it will flake with a fork and look pinkish in the center.
Once the tuna steaks are finished remove from the grill and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange on plates and top with the wasabi marmalade.
