Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Strip Steaks with Mango Salsa.
These steak have such a great flavor and when topped with the homemade mango salsa it is even better.

Grilled Strip Steaks with Mango Salsa
4 strip steaks (10 oz. each)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coarse salt
1 mango, peeled and pitted
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Mix together 1 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp salt. Sprinkle onto both sides of the steaks.
In a bowl whisk together the lime juice, cilantro, onion, oregano, garlic, olive oil, and remaining cumin and salt. Mix in 1/2 cup of chopped mango. Set aside.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes turning once halfway through.
Once done remove from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Top with the mango salsa and serve.
