Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Steak Wraps.
I’m a huge fan of wraps because there is so much you can do with them, and the fact that they are quick and easy to make.
This particular recipe uses grilled steak, which I love in a wrap. Feel free to adjust the veggies and other filling to what you like.
Enjoy!
Grilled Steak Wraps
1 lb Sirloin Steak
1 medium Onion, sliced
2 medium Red or Green Bell Peppers
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
8 medium Flour Tortillas
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the sirloin steak on the grate directly over the heat source. Grill for approximately 5 minutes per side turning only once. During grilling brush the steak with a bit of the bbq sauce.
You will want to add the vegetables to the grill around the same time as they will need approximately 4 – 5 minutes grilling time per side as well.
Something I recommend when grilling vegetables is a grill basket or grill plate. This will keep your veggies from falling through the grill grates.
Once the steak and veggies are done grilling take off the grill and let the steak rest for about 5 – 10 minutes. Slice the steak and vegetables into thin strips.
Place an equal amount of steak and veggies on the tortillas. Roll up and serve with the additional barbecue sauce.
