Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Spicy Honey Chicken.
This is a really good grilled chicken recipe especially if you like it hot. The rub has a bit of cayenne pepper in it to heat things up.
I think you’ll like the honey glaze as well. We baste the chicken with a bit of the honey then also coat it at the end of grilling.
You are going to like this chicken.

Grilled Spicy Honey Chicken
4 chicken breast halves
1 tbsp canola oil
Rub:
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (depending upon how much heat you like)
Glaze:
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp cider vinegar
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the spices for the rub.
Drizzle the canola oil over the chicken breasts. Using the rub, completely coat the chicken.
In a small mixing bowl combine the honey and cider vinegar for the glaze. It may help to heat the honey a bit in a microwave so it will mix easier.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side depending upon the size of the chicken breasts.
During the last minute or two of grilling baste the chicken breasts on both sides with the honey glaze.
Once the chicken done take it off the grill and coat with any remaining honey glaze.
