Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce. I really like fish, and salmon is probably my favorite fish to prepare on the grill. There are so many ways to make it, which makes it really fun. This particular recipe uses a mayo-dill sauce which tastes great and also keeps the salmon moist.
A lot of people have problems grilling fish, but Grilling Fish really isn’t to hard if you use a grilling plank, or grill basket. One of the most important things you can do however is purchase the best fish you can.
Enjoy!

Setup your gas or charcoal grill for medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayo, dill, dijon mustard, and brown sugar. Mix together well and set aside.
Spread some vegetable oil on the salmon skin. Also lightly oil the grill grate. Place the salmon skin side down on the grill. Spread the may mixture over the top of the salmon. Cook until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, approximately 6 to 12 minutes.
