Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Roast Beef Sandwiches.
These are quick and easy grilled sandwiches with a ton of flavor. For the roast beef, either use leftover roast beef, or get sliced roast beef from your local deli.
Enjoy!
Grilled Roast Beef Sandwiches
1 can (4 ounce) chopped green chilies, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
rye bread
Swiss cheese slices
Roast beef slices
Softened butter
In a small mixing bowl combine the green chilies, mayo, and mustard. Mix well.
Spread the mixture onto one side of each slice of rye bread. Top the bread with a slice of Swiss cheese, the layer on as much roast beef as you prefer. Finally butter the outsides of the bread.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the sandwiches on the grill and cook until the cheese is melted. This usually will only take a couple of minutes per side depending upon how much roast beef you layer on.
I also like to use a grill press so I do not have to flip the sandwiches during grilling. Here is the one I use.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
