Grilled Pork Tenderloin
2 whole pork tenderloins
2 whole Garlic cloves, peeled and slivered
1 dash salt, to taste
1 dash Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-low heat.
Take the pork tenderloins and make 1/2 inch incisions all over the surface. Insert the garlic slivers into these incisions. Season with the salt and pepper.
Place on a well oiled grate. Grill for approximately 45 minutes, turning frequently until it is lightly browned. The internal temp should read 160F at the thickest part.
Let reast for 15 minutes before slicing.
