Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Honey Apple Chops.
Pork chops are awesome on the grill. The apple cider and honey in the marinade add a ton of flavor, and help the boneless pork chops from drying out while grilling.
I think you are going to love these chops. The marinade is also great on chicken too.
Enjoy!
Grilled Honey Apple Chops
4 6oz boneless pork chops
1-1/2 cups apple cider
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
In a small mixing bowl combine the apple cider, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the pork chops in a resealable storage bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops. Seal the bag, or cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably 24 hours.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium heat.
Place the pork chops on the grill. Grill the chops for about 6 minutes per side, flipping only once half way through cooking. While grilling baste the pork chops with the marinade. I like to use this cast iron basting set.
Once finished, remove from the grill and allow to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
