Today we are going to show you how to make Grilled Herbed Vegetables.
Grilling veggies is really simple and it adds so much more flavor to them as well. This particular recipe uses fresh herbs as well which really livens up the aroma and flavors.

Grilled Herbed Vegetables
4 cups vegetables, such as peppers, zucchini, green beans, onion, mushrooms, etc.
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh rosemary or 2 tbsp fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, herbs, and salt.
Stir in the vegetables to the mixture making sure to coat well.
Place the herbed veggies into a foil pan, or if you have a vegetable grill basket you could use that. Cover the pan with a piece of heavy aluminum foil.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat. Place the pan on the grill directly over the heat source. Grill for approximately 20 minutes, stiring occasionally.
Serves: 4
