You are going to really like this recipe. The balsamic vinegar and fresh rosemary just add so much flavor to the chops. It is such a simple recipe too.
It is so fast to make you could easily do it on a weeknight.
Enjoy!
Grilled Balsamic Pork Chops
4 pork chops, 1 inch bone-in or boneless
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place the pork chops in a large storage bag and add in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary. Seal and flip the bag back and forth to coat the pork chops well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat. Put a bit of fresh ground black pepper on the chops. Place the pork chops on the grill over the heat source. Grill for approximately 7 – 10 minutes per side, flipping only once.
Internal temperature should be 160F when they are finished. Remove from the grill and serve.
Servings: 4
I use an instant read thermometer when taking the internal temperature of my pork chops, or any meats for that matter. They are a handy tool to have around the grill, and the kitchen. Here is the instant read thermometer that I use.
