Today we are going to show you how to make Garlic Peppercorn Steak.
Steak is one of my favorite things to make on the grill. Nothing beats a big, juicy steak.
This recipe is so simple, but it is flavorful too. The recipe calls for a T-bone steak, but you can use whatever is your favorite cut.
Enjoy!
Garlic Peppercorn Steak
4 T-Bone steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium heat.
In a small mixing bowl mix together the garlic, pepper, and salt. Rub the spice mixture into both sides of the steaks until they are well coated.
Place the steaks on the grill over the heat source. Grill for approximately 15 – 20 minutes turning once half way through. Adjust your grilling time up or down depending upon how you like your steak.
Once finish place on a plate and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serves: 4
If you are going to make a good steak you need a decent set of steak knives. If you are looking for a good set, check these ones out, I really like them.
