Today we are going to show you how to make Garlic Butter Sirloin Steaks.
Nothing beats a really good steak in my opinion, and these steaks are really good. These steaks are brushed liberally with garlic butter, which really enhances the flavor.
Make sure you get some good sirloin steak; a good cut of meat really makes a difference.
Enjoy!
Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak
4 lbs top sirloin steaks
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp garlic powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Setup your gas or charcoal grill for high heat.
Using a small saucepan, melt the butter with the garlic powder and minced garlic over medium-low heat. Set aside. I use a cast iron basting set that is perfect for this. Here is the set I use.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steaks. Place the steaks on the grill directly over the heat source and grill for approximately 5 minutes per side, or to your desired doneness.
Once done, transfer the steaks to plates and brush with lots of the garlic butter. Allow the steaks to rest several minutes before serving.
