Today we are going to show you how to make Cuban Grilled Steak.
This recipe uses rib-eye steak, which I absolutely love. It is such a flavorful cut of meat. This recipe is bursting with flavor with the combination of spices and fresh veggies.
My friends and family love this one, and I think you will too.
Enjoy!

Season the rib-eye with salt and pepper. Grill until it is crusty on the outside and pink inside. Approximately 4 to 6 minutes per side. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Cut the rib-eye into 1/2 inch cubes and place into a large mixing bowl. Add the red onion, bell peppers, and radishes. Mix well. Add the olive oil, Tabasco, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, and chili powder. Toss well to coat the meat.
