Today we are going to show you how to make Cinnamon Grilled Pork Tenderloin.
This is a really interesting marinade. It has cinnamon in it which gives it a very unique flavor. Give this one a try, it is really simple to make.
Enjoy!
Cinnamon Grilled Pork Tenderloin
2 2lb pork tenderloin
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
3 green onions, chopped finely
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp dry red wine
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup soy sauce
In a large mixing bowl combine the honey, brown sugar, red wine, green onions, and garlic. Once mixed stir in the cinnamon and soy sauce.
Place the pork tenderloin into this mixture and coat them well. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Marinate overnight turning occasionally.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the tenderloin on the grill, reserving some of the marinade for basting. Grill for about 30 minutes turning and basting often. I use this cast iron basting set, it comes in really handy.
Internal temperature will be 145F for medium-rare. Adjust you grilling time to hit your desired doneness. Once done, remove from the grill and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve immediately.
