Today we are going to show you how to make Horseradish Burgers.
I love horseradish and I actually grow it in my garden. It really adds a zip to a lots of dishes.
This particular burger recipe uses cream cheese and horseradish to fill your burger. And believe me it turns out so good. You’re going to love it.
You can also substitute ground turkey for the ground beef if you prefer turkey burgers.
Enjoy!
Horseradish Burgers
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
In a small mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and horseradish. Mix well until cream.
Take some of the ground beef and form into a thin patty. Take a bit of the horseradish mixture and place it in the center of the patty. Form another thin patty and place it on the top, sealing the edges.
Do this for the remainder of the ground beef and horseradish mixture.
Setup your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the burgers on the grate and grill for approximately 3 – 5 minutes per side. Once the burgers are done place them on a place and allow to rest for a couple minutes before serving.
