Today we are going to show you how to make Buffalo Grilled Chicken Sandwiches.
These sandwiches are great. We use Frank’s RedHot has a marinade, which is the same sauce you use to make some awesome buffalo wings.
The Cayenne pepper sauce gives these grilled sandwiches a nice spicy zip.

Buffalo Grilled Chicken Sandwich
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Frank’s Redhot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
4 hard rolls, split and toasted
Blue cheese crumbles
Place the chicken breasts into a deep dish and pour over the Frank’s RedHot. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. I like to use a glass baking dish with a lid to marinate my chicken, it works perfectly. Here is one like I use.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the chicken on the grill. Cook for approximately 12 minutes, flipping once half way through. Continually baste with more Frank’s RedHot while grilling.
Once finished remove from the grill and place them on the buns. Sprinkle on some of the blue cheese crumbles and serve.
