Today we are going to show you how to make Beer Grilled Flank Steak.
Steak and beer, they go hand in hand. This is a super simple recipe that has beer in the marinade to add more flavor and tenderness to the steak.
If you like steak, you will really like this recipe.

Beer Grilled Flank Steak
2 cans consommé
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
6 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 large flank steaks
2 cups beer
In a mixing bowl combine the consommé, soy sauce, green onions, lime juice, brown sugar, and garlic. Place the flank steaks in a large dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the mixture over the top. Pour the beer on top. Cover the dish or seal the bag and place in the refrigerator. Marinate for 24 hours.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the steaks on the grill. Cook for approximately 5 minutes per side, flipping only once. Grilling time will vary depending upon the thickness of the steak and how you like your steak cooked. Check out my article on how to grill steak for more information. You can test for doneness using an instant read thermometer as well. Here is the one that I use.
Once done, remove from the grill and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
