Today we are going to show you how to make Balsamic Grilled Steaks.
This is a quick and easy recipe for steak. I’m using flank steaks in this recipe, but you could use your favorite cut.
It uses a simple balsamic marinade that adds a ton of flavor. If you love to grill steak, you are going to like this one.
Enjoy!
Balsamic Grilled Steak
1 lb Flank Steaks
1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a resealable storage bag mix the Italian dressing and balsamic vinegar. Add in the steaks and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferrably longer.
Set up your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
Place the steaks on the grill. Cook for approximately 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. I like my steak medium-rare, so I’ll take it off the grill once it hits about 140F. I use this instant read thermometer to check the steak’s internal temperature.
Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
