		<description>You can also use a gas stove or the broiler in your oven to roast peppers if you don&#039;t have a grill.  For a gas stove set a burner to medium heat and place the peppers on them.  Keep an eye on them and flip when they start to char or blister.  

For the oven set to 400 and watch for charring until you flip again.  Or set in the broiler or toaster oven until charred on each side.

As far as a marinade, go right ahead and experiment.  I&#039;ve done Italian dressing marinades on peppers that turned out great.</description>
