Most of the turkeys I grill are a deep, dark golden brown. But the color will depend upon the level of heat you end up cooking at, the time the turkey is on the grill, and whether or not you baste it, have a rub or spice it, or inject it with seasoning.

The colors will vary with these factors. I&#039;ve had turkeys that were light golden brown, mahogany, and even deep brown to black that were delicious.

Just experiment with seasonings and or bastes and keep an eye on internal temps to know when it&#039;s finished.</description>
