There seems to be as many spellings and abbreviations for barbecue as there are recipes to make. So, what is it? Is it barbecue, or barbeque? What about the many abbreviations: BBQ, Bar-B-Que, Bar-B-Q? Oh, and there are many other abbreviations. So, how should we spell it then? Who cares! As long as it tastes good, spell it or abbreviate it how ever you want. Any of the spellings or abbreviations above is acceptable. I use them all interchangeably. Who really cares about the spelling, just get out there and start barbecuing!
